BRAND BUILDING AND 360° MARKETING EXECUTION
DNA Tech, a tech company focused on POS solutions for retail, expanded its horizons by testing the scalability of its technology in the cannabis retail sector. To test the scalability of the tech, we built in-house EC and retail channels under the brand REBUD. We oversaw offline and offline marketing executions, managed merchandising and inventory for retail locations, and developed the pitch strategy for their SaaS platform.
